Additionally, we have the headquarters of these 50 central enterprises in Tianfu New Area. Furthermore, we have regional centers managed by country. The 200 countries around the world may be divided into dozens, perhaps twenty to thirty, national regions. Their central office bases and dispatched agencies are equivalent to a local governor plus a branch of the Global Computing Alliance. In the later stage, all local governors will be abolished, and then the branches of the Global Computing Alliance will also be abolished.
